Welcome to the Wonder Kids App. We respect your and your child’s privacy. This Policy explains what minimal data we collect (and what we don’t), how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal profile information, usage data, or device information.

a. Parent Email & Subscription Info

• Email address – only if you choose to subscribe (handled by RevenueCat & Stripe).

b. Audio & Voice Information

• Audio recordings – processed in real time by our in-app speech model and not stored.

Before any recording, you’ll see a notice asking you to confirm you’ve asked your mom or dad for permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Manage and verify your subscription (email only).
• Process your child’s voice input to power the speech-to-speech model in real time.

We do not use or share your data for any other purpose.

3. Data Security

• All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
• We do not store audio or personal data on our servers.
• Subscription payments are handled by RevenueCat & Stripe; we never see or store your payment details.

4. No Ads, No Tracking

Wonder Kids App is 100% ad-free and does not include any third-party tracking or marketing integrations.

5. Child Privacy Compliance

• We comply with COPPA (U.S.) and GDPR-K (EU).
• We do not collect any personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

6. Your Rights

As a parent or guardian, you may at any time:

• Access or correct your subscription email.
• Withdraw consent to audio processing (which will disable speech features).
• Request complete data deletion.

7. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and Stripe. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Play Store account settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain only the parent email for as long as your subscription is active. No audio or other data is stored.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy occasionally. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. The new Effective Date will be shown above.
