Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect limited information automatically when you use it, such as:

Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
Pages and sections you visit in the Application, including the time and date of your visit
App usage information (e.g., time spent within the Application, actions taken)
Your mobile device operating system and version

This information is used solely to improve functionality, stability, and the educational experience of the Application.

The Application does not collect precise or approximate location data.

Voice and AI Features

The Application allows children to ask questions by speaking or typing. These questions are processed in real time by a third-party artificial intelligence service (OpenAI) to generate child-appropriate educational responses.

Voice and text inputs are transmitted securely to the AI service.
The Service Provider does not store, retain, or reuse these inputs for any purpose other than generating responses.
Inputs are not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
Responses are filtered to remain safe and appropriate for children.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The Application offers premium content through a subscription model.

All purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing in compliance with Google’s policies.
The Service Provider uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat processes only purchase-related information (such as receipts and subscription status) and does not access children’s personal data.
All subscription and purchase flows are protected by a parental verification gate to prevent accidental purchases by children.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider does not retain personally identifiable data from children. Voice and text inputs are processed in real time and are not stored by the Service Provider.

Subscription-related data is retained only as long as necessary to manage access to premium features.

If you wish to request deletion of data associated with your account or subscription, contact us at app@wonder-kids.app.

Children’s Privacy

This Application is designed specifically for children and complies with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and other applicable children’s privacy laws (including GDPR-K).

The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for functionality (e.g., voice input for asking questions).
No data is used for targeted advertising or marketing to children.
All purchases are safeguarded with a parental verification gate.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information outside the scope described, please contact the Service Provider at app@wonder-kids.app so we can delete such information.

Security

The Service Provider uses commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data that is processed.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be revised. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
